10 UNIQUE SPECIALIZATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM! Any of the specialization(s) that you would like in your sessions can be predetermined in the Free Introductory Session. I will also delve deeper into the specializations you may see yourself interested in, so you can get a full understanding of what it is, and what the session(s) would include. This allows me to customize the specialization to benefit you as a driver exactly based on your needs and interests. Please find the list of brief descriptions of the specializations below! Link to view them here: https://www.risewithwilkiekarting.ca/intermediate-specializations-listing *ALL INFORMATION BELOW IS COVERED IN THE FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION* The Intermediate Coaching Program includes 10 distinct specializations that each target a unique area of focus crucial to improve your karting ability. Maintaining consistent with the theme of flexibility, drivers can choose to either focus an entire session on 1 singular specialization, or embed 2 specializations within one session. Each program will consist of 4 pre-track discussions where we will walk through the different focus points for the distinct specialization; I will provide expert insight into better understanding your chosen area of interest. You will have 4 on-track races where you will get the opportunity to apply those strategies and techniques in an actual race, and followed by an in-depth debrief feedback discussion after each race to illustrate what you did well, what you can improve upon, and further information to help guide you on the right track. This is also the perfect time for me to answer any questions, comments or concerns you may have had. Rooted in the RISE philosophy: Resilience, Innovation, Skills, and Excellence, this program allows drivers to gain invaluable information into unique specializations they want to learn more about, and have the opportunity to apply the strategies, techniques and newfound knowledge on the track! During the Free Introductory Session, you will be provided with an extensive list of all the specializations, along with all of the focus points that will be covered throughout the 2 hour session. Following the conclusion of the session and prior to your first official coaching session, I will take the time to create the optimal, ideal session perfect for your interests and development!
